This is one of our family's favorite salad's. Whenever we have a family get together my sister in law, Carol, brings this salad. It's one of the salad's that always gets comepletly eaten, it's really good!!
Carol's Chicken Cabbage Salad
Combine in large bowl:
1 head Cabbage, coarsely chopped
4 green onions, diced
1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and diced
Right before serving add:
1 cup raw cashews
6 Tablespoons sesame seeds
1 package uncooked ramen noodles, crushed
Dressing:
ramen noodle seasoning
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Whisk to combine and toss into the cabbage mixture.
